Bunker: The Last Fleet boasts a stellar cast of Indigenous and non-Indigenous actors who represent the diversity of modern Australian content.
Acclaimed Indigenous actor and producer Natasha Wanganeen (Rabbit-Proof Fence, Cargo) portrays the strong female lead Tjarra.
She is joined by Australian icon Trevor Jamieson (Storm Boy, The Secret River) portraying the Spirit Elder and up and coming South Australian talent Roy Phung (Suburban Samurai, Golden Phung) who plays Reo.

Characters
Tjarra
A strong aboriginal warrior and excellent sniper has learned to survive against the elements. Since the arrival of the alien invaders the land and all its resources have depleted. Radiation from their ships and their technology devastating crops and the natural ecosystem, dust and pollution thick as far as the eye can see. Tjarra almost defeated remembers a story passed down to her by her grandfather:
"three moons Reo!, my grandfather told me stories of how our people from across the southern nations would meet every three moons here on this munda (land) we would tell stories, trade food, ceremony its our dreaming".
Tjarra remembers this story and what it means to have hope, now on the third moon Tjarra has found her purpose to find her people, to take back what is lost.
